Leigh Jenkinson
Leigh is an ICF-accredited Executive and Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience helping leaders and teams achieve measurable uplifts in performance, collaboration, and culture.
He specialises in leadership coaching, high-performing team development, and operating model optimisation, delivering outcomes that create lasting impact.
Leigh is also an accredited practitioner in the Human Synergistics LSI and GSI tools that provide evidence-based insights to accelerate leadership and team development.
Working across industries and leadership levels, Leigh partners with organisations to align mindsets, behaviours, and strategy, building environments where people thrive and results follow. His approach balances commercial focus with human capability uplift, creating practical, energising experiences that spark clarity and strengthen culture while driving meaningful change.
Known for his authentic, energetic, and people-first style, Leigh creates space for honest conversations and fresh insights. He helps leaders and teams build the confidence to tackle challenges and unlock their full potential, leaving a lasting impact on both culture and performance.
Andrew Antoniou
Passionate about mentoring and coaching leaders at all levels, Andrew focuses on leading with empathy and courage, with a strong focus in the Marketing, Media, Communication, and Health and Wellbeing sectors.
Along with 3 close friends, Andrew established Orchard in 2006. With a dedicated team of 150 professionals spanning New York and London, Orchard experienced remarkable growth and was later acquired by ASX-listed Enero in 2018.
In 2021, Andrew decided to embark on a new chapter in his life, returning to Europe before eventually finding his way back to Australia. Together with his long-time friend and former colleague, Leigh Jenkinson, he founded p3 Coaching.
Andrew is an experienced leader and business consultant with with experience actively participating on several boards.
